Update a Pupil's Contact Details

Step 1: Go to your pupils list

From the left-hand menu, click Pupils.

Select the pupil whose details you want to update.

Step 2: Edit contact details

In the Contact details section, update the pupil’s:

• First name

• Last name

• Email address

• Phone number

Changes are saved automatically as you type.

Step 3: Update how this pupil pays (optional)

Use the Payment type dropdown to choose how this pupil is charged, such as Pay in advance or Pay after lesson.

This setting applies only to this pupil and overrides your account default if different.
