Send a clear final payment email with a secure link when automated reminders haven’t worked.

If reminders have ended and you have spoken to your pupil, you can send a final secure payment link.
How to send the link
Go to the Billing page
Find the outstanding payment
Click the three blue dots
Select Send Payment Link
The pupil will receive an email with a secure link where they can:
Complete the payment
Update their card details
When to send this
Only send a final payment link after you have contacted the pupil and they have confirmed they are ready to resolve the payment.
This avoids confusion and repeated emails.
The purpose
The final payment link gives the pupil one clear path to resolve the issue.
No bank transfers.
No invoices.
No manual reconciliation.
Just one secure link.
