Schedule a Lesson
Learn how to schedule one-off lessons and collect payment automatically.

Step 1: Open your calendar
From the left-hand menu, click Calendar.
Click on the date and time you want to schedule the lesson.
Step 2: Add the lesson details
In the Add a lesson panel:
Select the pupil
Confirm the date and start time
Check the lesson duration and cost
These are pre-filled using your default settings, but you can change them if needed.
Step 3: Set repetition (optional)
If this is a recurring lesson, use the Repeat section to choose:
How often the lesson repeats
Which days it runs on
How long it continues for
If it’s a one-off lesson, leave Repeat set to Does not repeat.
Step 4: Save the lesson
Click Add lesson to confirm.
The lesson will appear on your calendar immediately.

You can edit or cancel lessons at any time
Recurring lessons can be changed later without affecting past lessons
