Reschedule a Lesson
Quickly move a lesson to a new date without disrupting payment tracking.

Step 1: Open the lesson options
From the left-hand menu, click Calendar.
From the Calendar, click on the lesson you want to move.
In the Lesson options panel, select Edit lesson.
Step 2: Change the date or time
In the Edit lesson panel, update the date and/or start time to the new slot you want.
You can also adjust the lesson duration if needed.
Step 3: Save the changes
Click Update lesson to confirm.
The lesson will move to the new time on your calendar.
Good to know
Only future lessons can be rescheduled
If the lesson is part of a recurring series, the change applies to future lessons only
Pupils are notified automatically — you can message them from the lesson options if needed
