Message a Single Pupil
Send an email directly to a pupil or their guardian.

You can send a direct email to a pupil at any time from their profile.
Open the pupil’s profile
From the left-hand menu, click Pupils.
Select the pupil you want to email.
Start a new email
At the top of the pupil’s profile, click Email.
This opens the message editor in your Inbox, already linked to that pupil.
Write and send your message
Type your message into the editor.
When you’re ready, click Send now.
Good to know
If a parent or guardian is linked to the pupil, the email is sent to both the pupil and the parent / guardian
All replies come back into your Inbox, in the same conversation thread
You can continue the conversation at any time from Inbox
