Edit an Existing Lesson

Step 1: Open the lesson options

From the Calendar, click on the lesson you want to change.

In the Lesson options panel, select Edit lesson.

Step 2: Make your changes

In the Edit lesson panel, you can update:

• The lesson date or start time

• The lesson duration

• The cost

• Whether the lesson repeats, and for how long

If this lesson is part of a recurring series, your changes will apply to future lessons in that series.

Step 3: Save the update

Click Update lesson to confirm your changes.

The calendar will update immediately.

Good to know

• Past lessons are never changed

• You can cancel a lesson from this screen if needed

• Pupils aren’t notified automatically unless you choose to contact them
