Create a Recurring Lesson

Step 1: Open your calendar

From the left-hand menu, click Calendar.

Click on the date and time you want the lesson to start.

Step 2: Add the lesson details

In the Add a lesson panel:

• Select the pupil

• Confirm the date and start time

• Check the lesson duration and cost

These will be pre-filled using your defaults, but you can change them if needed.

Step 3: Set the lesson to repeat

Scroll to the Repeat section.

Choose how often the lesson should repeat (for example, every week), which days it runs on, and how long it should continue.

Step 4: Save the recurring lesson

Click Add lesson to confirm.

Tutonomi will create all future lessons in the series and handle billing automatically.

Good to know

• You can edit or cancel individual lessons in a recurring series later

• Changes only apply to future lessons unless you choose otherwise

• Recurring lessons are the easiest way to keep a consistent weekly schedule
