Cancel a Lesson
Cancel a lesson and understand what happens to payments.

Step 1: Open the lesson options
From the left-hand menu, click Calendar.
From the Calendar, click on the lesson you want to cancel
In the Lesson options panel, select Cancel lesson.
Step 2: Confirm the cancellation
Follow the on-screen prompt to confirm.
The lesson will be removed from your calendar immediately.
What happens next
The lesson will no longer appear on your calendar
No future lessons are affected
Any payment handling follows your existing billing rules
Good to know
Cancelling a lesson will notify the pupil automatically
You can message the pupil from the lesson options if needed
Completed lessons can’t be cancelled
