What Happens After Reminders End?
Understand what Tutonomi does when reminders stop and how to send a final manual payment request.

By the time reminders have ended:
The payment has already been retried
Emails have already been sent
The pupil has already had multiple opportunities to resolve it
If the payment is still outstanding, it becomes a relationship conversation rather than a technical one.
You should contact the pupil directly and ask them to confirm when payment will be made.
Once they confirm, you can resend a secure payment link from the Billing page.
This keeps communication clear and avoids ongoing delay.
