Tutonomi is a product created by Made For Good Ltd. We’ve written these terms in plain English so you know where you stand. If you use Tutonomi, you agree to these terms.

Cancelling Your Account
You can cancel your Tutonomi account at any time from the Account page in the app (and yes — we’ll be sad to see you go).
Because Tutonomi is currently free to use, there are no subscriptions, billing periods, or cancellation fees. When you cancel, your account will be closed and you won’t be able to access the service.
You can cancel at any time, for any reason.
Payments & Fees
Tutonomi does not charge a subscription fee.
If you accept card payments from pupils, individual lesson payments are processed by our payment services provider (PSP). Any card processing fees charged by the PSP are deducted automatically at the point of payment. These fees are transaction-based and are not affected by account cancellation.
Refunds
As Tutonomi is free to use, there are no subscription fees to refund.
If there is ever an issue with payments processed through the platform (for example, a technical error or duplicate charge), we’ll review it promptly and make things right where appropriate.
Trials & Paid Plans
Tutonomi does not currently offer paid subscriptions, free trials, or annual plans.
If this changes in the future, we’ll be clear, upfront, and transparent — and we’ll update these terms accordingly.
How to Cancel
To cancel your account:
Log in to your account
Go to Account
Choose Cancel account, and confirm
That’s it. No hoops to jump through.
